We know Club volleyball and tryouts are stressful enough. You are making a decision that can impact the rest of the season. The Academy VBC ensures that we run a thorough tryout process that includes positional and team play over a span of four days. Though our offer process may begin on the first day, we want to ensure that athletes are evaluated from multiple perspectives. So when making a decision between clubs ask yourself, what does The Academy have to offer that others may not?
1) Unique Experiences. Our experience is unique to what you are looking for. Whether your son has aspirations to compete against the best in the country or just wanting to play the sport he loves at a low commitment. This is not a one size fits all organization. You choose your program and what works best for you.
2) Full Transparency. We do not hide our costs or give a blanket tuition fee. You deserve to know what financial commitment you are getting into and what it is going towards. We want to make sure that you will have everything you need to make a financial decision.
3) No Commitment Pressure. It is not our place to make a decision for you. You deserve to have the opportunity to evaluate the culture and organization of each club. Trying out at multiple places is a way to get a sense of that. Do not let pressure prevent you from seeing what gym fits your needs.
4) Our Coaches. With over 50 coaches already staffed, you know who you are playing for and what they bring to the table. Ask them the hard questions. Our offer process will be directly through the coach and not the club director. Get to know the person you may be trusting in your son's development over the next 8 months of a club season.
