Girls Spring Training

Spring Training Integrates basic skill development with and introduction to game place. Athletes will improve in the fundamentals of passing, setting, attacking, serving, and defense.

Wanting some extra training and reps? This program is the perfect one for you! This program allows for different levels and experience of athletes that best fits them. 

Open to: Girls in 6th-9th Grade 

Level 1: Fundamental Focus 

Recommended: Beginner to Moderate Players with 1 year or less of club experience 

What Will Be Doing? 

Mondays: Players will focus on the skill development in all areas. They will work on enhancing their performance by practicing the basic fundamentals of hitting, setting, passing, and serving. This day involves lots touches 

Wednesdays: Players get the ability to put the skills they used Monday together by intermixing the positions and allowing them to work in a game-like situation. The level of play will progress as the weeks continue! 

Level 2: High Rep Focus  

Recommended: Moderate to Advanced Players with 2+ years of club experience  

What Will Be Doing? 

Mondays: Players will be split up by their positions and get the opportunity to grow in their specific skill. This program allows for competition within their position and is  

Wednesdays: This day will be focused on competition and game play. All of the positions from the session that week will have the chance to work together with a focus of skill development on the court. 

Dates: April 15th- May 22nd  

Time: 6:00pm -7:30pm
